Lagging parts most evident when cycling

I can really see what my lagging parts are during this
first cycle. For me it is the upper arms. My chest & legs
grew quickly. Surprisingly my neck grew thicker also.
Many of us forget it has mucsle also. In fact, I first
noticed my growth when the necklace around my neck
didn't hang as loose. Lagging parts , do they ever catch up?
 
Lagging parts can and do catch up. But that is usually after a cycle of synthol, lol. The one thing I can say, is that everybody has lagging parts. That includes Arnold Schwarzenegger. Ever see pictures of him standing knee deep in the water to hide his calves?

Some parts just don't seem to grow. From what I can tell, the 2 worst to have is calves and forearms. If those don't grow, they never will.

You will get all sorts of advice on how to make lagging parts catch up, but this is so individual the advice is usually nothing more than a stab in the dark.

One thing I will say, if they don't grow when you are on, they will never grow when you are off. So maybe once you get to where you are happy with most of your body, do a cycle and concentrate on those parts. But don't waste a cycle just to catch them up if you aren't where you want to be.

he had bad calves in the beginning of his career, but he brought them to 20 inch (if i recall well).
 
Sure, he had good calves at the end of his BB career, but my point was that we all have genetic limitations, just not to let it get you down.

But for some people, they never get their lagging bodyparts up.
 
Arnold put 400 pounds on his car and went to the mountains with his fellows, they barbeque and workout legs the whole day, he was an hero
