I am seriously considering doing a cycle I have read the clinical on all the possible side but I would like to hear from people with experience what if any sides they had.

i am starting a cycle of anavar next week. i have heard from many women who take it that it had great results, as long as your dieting and working out.
 
CKD diet train hardcore again for the past 5 months. I am on clen now thinking of cycling the two together around May.

i sure as hell hope that you have your diet in order. i was reading the other thread (var vs primo), and eating 2 meals/day is not a good regimen while "on" to say the least.

Yeah agreed. You need to stay far away from roids. Don't take this as a flame, but as a very serious piece of advice.

If you started eating 6 meals a day, youd be amazed at what wonderous things happen.
 
Love the stuff. Never met a Var I didn't like. :) I like it so much I might marry it.

Seriously, I have never had any SERIOUS side from any Var I have taken. But, of course, everyone is different. I feel best at 10mg a day - minimal sides and maximum results. Remember, more is not always better. At 10mg/day, I notice my face is more oily and I break out with a couple little pimples on my forehead and my chin. I have to be more diligent about face washing. I use an acne-prone skin soap when on Var. BUT, I also normally have clear skin (never had skin problems) and wear minimal makeup. I also use an acne body wash in the shower to ward off any potential body-acne. So far, never had a pimple anywhere but the face. :)

I have gone up to 20mg/day, found that VERY unnecessary. Even 15mg is overkill, IMO. If you have clean diet that is VERY VERY high in protein, 10mg should give you AMAZING results. There is no need to go higher - it only can bring on more sides.

My favorites? PaperVar, British Dragon, Denkall (in that order). I have also used Loeffler with success as well as SPA (too hard to find this now!)

Daisy I am taking Ventipulmin Clen. I have lost around 8 pounds on the past two months. I have cycled on off for two weeks. I am certain it has all been fat lose. It is really bringing out the muscle definition in me. I am very happy with the results and I am getting very little sides with it. If I do the Var I will likely only 10mg I am shotting for minimal sides. How long is a good cycle on it 8 weeks?
