Love the stuff. Never met a Var I didn't like.

I like it so much I might marry it.
Seriously, I have never had any SERIOUS side from any Var I have taken. But, of course, everyone is different. I feel best at 10mg a day - minimal sides and maximum results. Remember, more is not always better. At 10mg/day, I notice my face is more oily and I break out with a couple little pimples on my forehead and my chin. I have to be more diligent about face washing. I use an acne-prone skin soap when on Var. BUT, I also normally have clear skin (never had skin problems) and wear minimal makeup. I also use an acne body wash in the shower to ward off any potential body-acne. So far, never had a pimple anywhere but the face.
I have gone up to 20mg/day, found that VERY unnecessary. Even 15mg is overkill, IMO. If you have clean diet that is VERY VERY high in protein, 10mg should give you AMAZING results. There is no need to go higher - it only can bring on more sides.
My favorites? PaperVar, British Dragon, Denkall (in that order). I have also used Loeffler with success as well as SPA (too hard to find this now!)
