Ladies I need you help

I recently had a friend who lost over 40lbs of fat. She looks really good but some of her body parts are sagging. Like breast & Butt. I've never had this problem so I'm not sure if working out would tighten the skin.

Any thoughts?

Way to go! That's a significant achievement.!
Now, as to your question--if she's under 35, her skin will tighten up to a certain extent. (after that, the college fibers start to break down and it's much tougher to get back to where she was.)

Otherwise, surgery (tummy tuck), lifting to have muscle to fill in where fat used to be, and loving it like it is.

I posted a link under Loose Skin Solution about a week ago which is a link to a site about skin brushing which may be of help.

It has helped me a lot with a bit of saggy skin I had after my pregnancy. That's aside from a clean diet and good amount of exercise "of course". How about the fact that Gh is a natural amino acid that our bodies produce as we are growing up, that's why we heal faster an our skin is tighter when we are young...how about the fact that it's used as a rejuvenation method to give our skin the elasticity that we loose as we get older. I was thinking that if she gets some elasticity back in her skin it will help the sagging.
