Looks pretty good to me....although I'm certainly not an expert.

But, you might want to move your cardio to after the weights, and cut it down to 1/2 hour instead of an hour......

especially while your on cycle, you don't want to take any chances of loosing any of the muscle you're working out hard and eating well to obtain.

I think most folks on here would agree one cheat day or meal isn't going to hurt, and in fact usually helps.

I believe there are a few women here that overcame eating disorders so hopfully they'll be able to give you advice from that perspective.

Good luck!

How is it working so far? Looks like you're getting lots of protein. I might think you would want more carbs. 60 carbs/ day gets you close to a keto diet doesnt' it, without the extra fat. Definitely focus on the hard, intense lifting. less on cardio. But you need some energy to get through those lifting sessions -- throw in some complex carbs in the morning. I would also look at some simple carbs post work out as well w/ protein (eg. a protein mix w/ some Ultra Fuel & l-glutamine) and then a meat & vegies meal like 2 hours later.

Comments from TV? Phem? New@?

so far muscles are loooking fuller, feeling a little crampy and bloated from the anavar.stomach looks more defined when not holding water.weight is up about 5 pounds so far.
thanks for the info anyone else with some insite.

more (healthy) fats and more carbs would probably be a good idea...

10% is pretty low to maintain at... it's not really healthy for your body to stay at that low of bf year round... even most competitive athletes maintain quite a bit higher than that... unless your job depends on you staying lean all year round, don't put yourself through the stress, especially considering your recovery (congrats by the way...)

go ahead, eat, concentrate on cutting a fat later... right now you need food to pack on some muscle mass...

I would take out the shake before bed...just my opinion..I think REAL food before bed is best...especially if you want to stay fairly lean..Also do you take in the same amount of carbs every day? Eating the same ratio day in and day out is not going to give you great results..you need to change it up..rotate high and low days...60 grams isnt a lot!!! maybe good for a low day..Make sure to get more veggies in...green beans etc...eat some w/ your turkey....they will not hurt ya and will keep you nice and regular! You are getting a good amount of protein in which is good:) Make sure you are getting some good fats in as well...and lots of water..otherwise looks fairly good!

your diet sounds pretty good.
I am no expert but maybe could you substitute another kind of protein for the ground turkey at least once a day, say steamed chicken or maybe a little red meat?
Also, i agree with VDL that you should lift before your cardio.
That's the advice that was given to me in the past and it makes sense.
Also, cheating is not so bad once in a while. In fact, it always helped me to get rid of the cravings for junk if I cheated big time for one day every week to two weeks.
After the cheat session, I am so disgusted by the food that I ate that i want to go back to eating clean.

Good luck

By the way, i am new to the forum so hello everyone.
