It would help if we all knew what "type" of a girl she was..But here are some suggestions.
(1) A nice romantic dinner where you romance her and give her her gift
(2) buy her a gift..(new earrings, a new necklace, some thing with sentimental value in it)
(3) after dinner and gift giving bring her home to rose petal covered bed and woo her all night long.. massage, love making, etc.

Already have the dinner planned. Her and I have been and always will be bikers (Harley's). She has 8 tattoos so, I figure I would get her a gift cert for another one. She is having female health issues so flower pedals and wooing is out of the question.

Then by all means yes another tatoo would probably make her happy...Looks like you did good, no need to even make this thread. Hope she has a great birthday and sorry to hear about the woman issues...
