Lactic Acid

Beta alanine works very well.

It takes a few weeks of loading like creatine before it kicks in.

I use ~6g a day. There's a hefty dose in n2kts, and I supplement that with bulk powder on off days.

Be warned, BA does cause flushing and tingles like niacin. It's best to split your daily doses for this reason.

Which company would you suggest using?

N2kts from needtobuildmuscle

Beta Alanine from orbit. Buy the primaforce bulk or SNS caps

Not sure if this is the type of answer you're looking for but you can delay the onset of lactic acid buildup by specifically training for that goal. You would do that by doing work in a zone which is above whatever your current lactic acid threshold, ie the volume/density point where lactic acid builds up faster than your body can clear it. Obviously, doing it this way will take time for your body to adapt.
