the trainer at the high school said after I told him that if I rotated my arm it would pop a few times and he said it could be a labral tear.. but I have supposedly had this tear for 5 days but just yesterday I lifted heavy with benchpress and it didn't hurt at all. Do you just think its joint soreness.. not nessecarily a labral tear.. because it doesn't hurt bad enough to stop lifting but I don't want to make it hurt.
