Lab results, please help

Got all of my bloodwork back and the Doc says everything is fine, but cholesterol is high, so I ask to get a copy of the results and I found a few interesting items:

Liver
AST 77 normal range: 1-45
ALT 49 1-55

Blood
RDW 17.3 10.8-14.8
Platelet 447 150-400

Uric acid 2.4 2.5-8.3
HDL Choles. 16 >35
LDL 191 <130

Are there any numbers that you think I need to worry about?
How long does the liver take to "clean UP" for the next cycle?
I plan on doing a short 8 week bulking cycle in mid dec.

Damn bro your LDL seems pretty high. I had bloodwork done 2.5 weeks after a dbol/test/eq and my LDL was 127 I think.

I dont really know why the LDL went up, I was on a fairly strict high protein, low carb, low fat diet. Do you think it could be from the gear I was on, winny, tren, EQ, testanon, and Anavar, and a little deca for the joints

i sure as hell dont think those are fine.


The only thing i wouldnt worry about is the platelets. They can go as high as 800 and still not need any aspirin.

The low HDL and high LDL bother me the most. Also, the elevated AST signifies liver damage, although very mild. A bottle of tequila can do that too. Yes it is from the gear...and thats alot of gear.

Ok I might catch hell for this but I read in a thread here not long ago about eq really lowering HDL and causing your LDL to skyrocket. However my chols are fine so maybe this is just speculation? It'll get back to normal. Bumping up the cardio a bit might help. BTW what did your cycle look like?

i forgot to mention that ALT and AST may not always be elevated in liver damage. A severely damaged liver wont be able to release any more ALT or ASt cuz it wont have any left. But if it isnt making any proteins or HDL, then i would worry. That high LDL and low HDL are very significant, especially of a stroke or heart attack. To have a better idea of your liver function, you can also get clotting factors checked such as PT, PTT, INR. Elevated INR above say 1.5 is indicative that your liver isnt making clotting factors if you arent taking any other meds that would affect them such as Coumadin or Ginseng.

thanks for the replies, one question for you, Tyler liver detox, will it REALLY help me out over the course of say month or two, as far as bringing down the AST?
