l-menthol?????

i know its been said that yohimburn has l-menthol, but on my bottle it says onlt japanese peppermint, is that the same thing or has the formula changed..cuz my doesn't really feel much tingling or warming when i put it on?

Japanese peppermint oil is 90% l-menthol.. and some areas are definitely more sensitive than others
