L Glutamine

i hope i dont get flamed but i am new to supplements and i was wondering if there is difference in all the brands of L Glutamine and if there is a better type

i use optimums pharmaceutical grade L-glutamine. its not too expensive and optimum is a pretty reliable manufacturer

i would get just the plain pure L-glutamine powder with nothing fancy and just make sure you don't pay too much.
