L-DEX myth??

I read on some posts that you should actually start l-dex a few weeks before your cycle.. What do you guys think of this??

I think you ARE supposed to start a few days before, to begin stopping any excess estrogen from being created, then that creation will still be suppressed when you are on aromitizable gear.... I think that makes sense..

Yes agreed, but a few weeks??!!! Nope. Also only if using faster acting aromatizable compounds as well like prop or test suspension or some orals like d-bol because they hit your system fast while the liquidex is still building up to peak levels since it's half life is 50 hours.

I am about to start my cycle of test and dbol at normal doses nothin crazy. I am on l-dex now but I have nolva just in case. You guys think the nolva would be a waste and I should just hold on to it for another time?

Nolvadex is never a waste to have on hand in case gyno symptoms still flare up.

Oh and willy I wasn't directing that to you just in general. You know I know you know your shit. LOL

That is hogwash.I(and everyone I know who's actually used it)feel liquidex's effects VERY quickly,about 3-4 days and my muscles feel very tight to the skin and hard as nails.It is sound though,that starting a few days PRIOR to induction of A/S works better,as you have already begun the down-regulatory enzymatic process in the testes of aromitase/estrogen creation before aromatic binding to exogenous androgen begins.

I can't see starting more than a few days if that onless you want to lose fat prior to the cycle, and if that is your goal there are other ways, a couple of days is not worth it for fat loss.
