it should have a 1ml dropper with .25, .5, .75, & 1ml marked off and probably units inbetween. if not you can use a syringe to measure.

.25ml = 50mcg, .5= 100mcg, .75 = 150 mcg, you get the idea.

take it two weeks on and two weeks off with an eca stack during your off weeks.

some of the below doses may be hard to measure with anything but a syringe.

Days 1-3 25mcg
Days 4-6 37.5 mcg
Days 7-10 50 mcg (when you get to this dose split your doses in early am and no later than 4pm)
Days 11-14 75mcg

2 weeks off - eca and take benadryl at night to help with receptors

Days 29-31 75mcg
Days 32-42 100mcg (or whatever dose you can stand the sides at. in any case i wouldn't go beyond 100mcg your first time around)

2 weeks off - eca stack with benadryl at night

dont take clen for more than 6 weeks. buy some taurine. take 1g of taurine with each clen dose. this is a general outline. adjust for your needs and do some more research on it.
 
i forgot a few more points.

i am not sure what size bottle you have but if you have the 60ml version that is almost enough to run clen 2 separate times. so dont be tempted to finish off the bottle.

stay away from all stimulants until you find your max dosage. you cant accurately tell where the sides are truly coming from if you don't.
 
The taurine recommended above is for cramps, which may or may not wake you in the middle of the night, make you hobble around like an arthritic crocodile, and/or cause you to curse your deity of choice. If you get them, the cramps can occur in darned strange places, like toes, fingers, hips, calves, etc.

Taurine (lots of it in some energy drinks, like rockstar) and increased potassium intake (bananas, sweetpotatoes) really help. For acute attacks, massage and drinking lots of water sometimes help.

You for sure want to listen to these guys about the taurine. I started a t3 and clen cylce a couple of weeks ago and I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps so bad I thought fricken polio was setting in. It also made me shake like a dog shitting a peach seed for a couple of days. I only experienced those side for a couple of days though and it leveled out.
 
If it is your first time I suggest ramping up slowly: 10 mcg on day 1, 20 mcg on day 2 etc until you get to day 7 and then back down. This will cover two weeks and you can see how you do from there. Be safe.
