Any comments or recommendation on L-Carnitine injections. My friends HRT doctor just started him on this for reducing Viseral fat. He's doing subQ injections in the belly fat. Is this for real?
I cant speak to L-Carnatine alone, but I do typically run B12 and an Amino Cocktail. Not sure that it helps add muscle or cut fat, but it does help me recover and have energy. Love to hear other opinion.
