i told this doctor that specializes in natrual medicine about why my abs are great in the morning but as soon as i eat a shake and oatmeal in the morning they dissappear and hey old me to take 3-4 grams of carnatine cuz it targets abdominal fat and uses it for energy so i have been for 2 weeks now and it actually worked i dont know if its a placebo effect or what but anyone have good gains on carnatine or is it all in my head
