L-arginine

I'm in Irag and I ordered some L-arginine. When I got it, it smelled like ammonia. Is it suppost to smell like this, because I think Iread something about glutamine being no good if it smelled like ammonia?

L-arginine is useless

it was supposed to be a GH releaser
but taken orally it won't help you much for this purpose

It actually tastes worst than it smells. I had some powder form before and it was the nastiest shit I ever tasted. The pumps I would get with around 5-6 grams were insane though so insane I would get headaches.

L-Arginie is supposed to boost nitirc O and Natural GH at high doses. I take for the cardiovascular benefits, besides it is cheap.
