I wouldn't say Kyno is junk, it has it's place, but it does not get you ripped as some are saying. I've used it for 2 years now and can say it does help with recovery, big time, it increases vascularity (of course you have to be lean for that to happen), ramps up metabolism, which along with cardio, fatburners etc, will help you get lean. The best way I could describe it is as a weak Anabolic, good for use with cycle or between to help you stay anabolic, and it does all this w/o messing up your hormonal axis. It's kinda like a super charged creatine, in regards to the AMP thing.
Belive me when I first started using it I was hoping all the "get Shredded" reports were true, but alas. But you will notice, I am still using it so it is a positive for me, some products are more subtle in how they work, not everything has a dramatic effect.
