dosage

Use 1 cc three times a week

I took out 40 cc of kyno and replaced it with 20 cc of winnie,
20 cc of suspension, and the rest (60cc) of kyno

I took 3 cc's x 3 times a week

The results were awesome.

I found it good to mix with the otherwise hard to injest water based products.
