After only a week on the program I have gone from being unable to close the #1 gripper, to slamming it shut like the trainer from a week ago.

Walkingbeast you would love this program too, lots of volume (done 6 times a week).

VERY Cool!!!!

Keep us updated man. Maybe I should ask for the book as a last minute Christmas Gift from the fam!!!!

Day-yum!

That's nice progress. Is this program described in a current thread here, or must I visit my pal Google? :)

It's actually in an e-book :) I believe it costs 15 dollars. It's WELL worth it, it's a very comprehensive guide on not just the program but technique and other factors.

It's available at the cyberpump website.

:FRlol: :FRlol: Awesome brother!! Do you have a link to it? Would of been great with all this time off Ive had. Either way Id like to check it out. Congrats on the progress! The No1 is still tough for me. I got it 11 times once. But didnt let it open to complete full extention, and since I was banging them out was hard to tell if each touched fully. Often times I cant even get it once though!! haha Hand placement seems to be a huge factor also. ThanX brother!

wwho cares for crip?just use strap

You stubborn incoherent bastard!! J/k! Luckily I understand psyco babble. Crushing strength and grip or 2 seperate things, not sure how much carryover one has to the other. Id think to build grip you would need to do alot of holding exercises to strengthen those muscles. I can hold 700+ with chalk, so if the 2 were identical youd think my crushing grip would be worth something. It sucks. I just liked the idea of crushing things in my hands, but never got the gripper hoping to increase holding strength. I use straps most of the time anyway.

I have that ebook and I think it's great.

I have not used the workout for a while but when I was doing it it quickly improved my grip. I noticed it right away while deadlifting, I no longer needed straps.

The e-book is pretty good then?

Do you think that getting the e-book and printing it is just as good as the hard-copy?

I didn't know there was a hardcopy. To my knowledge it's just the e-book.

I gotcha. I was thinking that it was sold on www.ironmind.com as a hard copy book. Not sure what I was thinking...lol.

Still pretty excited about it?

Any transfers over to your gym lifts yet?

Keep us posted!!!!

It's awesome, it requires a lot of determination though. My hands are in a lot of pain. Those overcrushes are killer. Hopefully the calluses I'll be getting will help out.

I'm not sure if anything will really transfer to my gym lifts, but I also do static hold training for barbell grip application, as well as pinch grip lifting (both block and hub pinching).

Thanks man...please keep us updated regularly.

Lots of benchers I know say that grip work helps them to think about squeezing the bar as they bench.
