When is the best time to take krill oil? I want to take it after dinner but the bottle says to take it in the morning.

Also how much mg of krill oil should i take daily?

Take 500mgs- 1g with breakfast, and then 500mgs or 1g with dinner, Krill TS by ruthless is cheap and free of shipping, much cheaper than if you purchase it from a regular store.

I think you taking it after dinner would be just fine.
