I'll tell you guys a little story. A friend of mine is a celebrity over in Australia. He owns one of the hottest night clubs there. Anyways these 2 girls he only chatted with accused him of drugging them and raping them upstairs just to get money out of him because they knew he was fucking loaded. When these girls pressed charges his reputation and his name was ruined. Everyone thought he was a rapist. Well luckly it was shown on the security camera's that he left 20 min before the girls said they got raped. Case got thrown out immediately and now my buddy is going in the process of suing them.

Now Kobe will have a much harder time proving his case because he actually had sex with her. I really doubt that Kobe would need to rape someone to have sex with them. I'm pretty sure she's just out to make a name for herself. I mean she trying to be a singer for christ sake's. To me she screams attention whore!

well obviously i don't. i'm a psych minor and have taken a few classes that deal with behavior and guilt. kobe's facial expressions looked awfully guilty in his interview the other night. either way it's poor taste to publish something like that.

yar. i concur. i've read alot of books on police interrogation, and generally speaking, if someone is innocent they say so forcefully and continue to state such things, eventually taking control of the situation with their protests. If someone is guilty, they either shy away from talking or offer weak, almost apologetic statements of innocence that change in intensity over time as more evidence comes in.

But it would be bad to judge based solely on that.
 
I find this whole situation hilarious on how everyone is taking it so seriously when you have Soldiers getting their heads blown off in Iraq, Gangsters in Urban American Cities gunning down kids, Politicians robbing you blind, the Aids epidemic and Rebels eating Pygmies in Africa, and we are about to go to war with N. Korea!

Either way Kobe and Katelyn are dumb fucks for getting in this situation who ever is telling the truth!

So I will continue to rip on this whole incident! And all those involved because it all just a bunch of Shit no matter what!

Has Kobe bit some guys ear off in competitive sports? NO

Has Kobe been convicted of sexual assault? NO

Tyson has done all these things thus it is a FACT and not OPINION that Tyson is an aggresive person.

That's true. That scenario definitely could have happened. Maybe he thought that he could get away with it if he forced himself on her. But I seem to see it the other way, a young star-struck naive 19 yr. old who wanted to be with a celebrity and they ended up having sex, afterwards Kobe was a rude asshole and she got her feelings hurt so she cries rape.

He and she have proven that they both lack any credibility and nothing they could possibly say would have an value.

HE admited having sex with her - she'e my girlfriend - oh course I had sex with her.

While he was in military detention (not a civilian prision) he was asked why he didn't just flee - it would have been easy enough for him to do so.

I think he's guilty of adultery but I really doubt the sexual assault. The girl wanted him, got him and couldn't keep him.... so she was pissed.
 
Speaking of rape, is it really all about power and not sex?

Because the whole "rape is about power over a woman" theory and the "its not about sex" theory make no sense. I think rape is about sex first, and yeah then there the feeling of power over the woman but isnt that only secondary? I mean, the primary instinct in rape does seem to be sexual. Anyway, Im not saying I know what rape is about either way. But it seems that the power theory is becoming almost a standard mainstream view and I just dont agree with it personally.

Thats a great way of putting it. I just reacted to the fact that feminists seem to have hijacked the definition of rape and everyone seems to be parroting the "its not about sex its about power" line.
 
I only Just read the first half of this thread, but I`ll say... That`s why celebrities go out with OTHER celebrities. To avoid THIS.
