i am on my 4th cycle at 500mg of test en a week and 600mg of deca a week. My question to the pro's is i want more ripp so thinking of uping deca to 900mg any negatives to this? I will probablly also ad nolvadex

are you serious bro? i told him where he would get good advice. how the hell is that ridiculous? there are a ton of people on the anabolic board who could answer his question, whereas half the people on the chat board don't even lift.

to answer his question... NO, do not up it to 900mg unless you're asking for tits. nolva won't help you with deca. 600mg is a high deca dose anyway.
