stephen king's IT (watched over a span of 4 days as a kid) up until the ending WHICH FUCKING SUCKED.

Loved the Amityville Horror, In fact I saw it for the first time as a kid when we lived in a house that looked just like it. You can imagine I didn't sleep very well for a while after.

Evil Dead is another good one.

Dracula 2000 . . . not so much horror as is was cool with an interesting twist on the story of how Dracula came to be.

Interview With The Vampire - Big Anne Rice Fan. Movie wasn't as good as the book though.

If your into the sick stuff : Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Any of the Faces of Death should suffice.
