knee replacement update

I got my left knee replaced on March 7th, got released from the hospital on the 9th. I've been in a lot of pain, more than I anticipated, my doc gave me a rx for percocdan, and it wasn't doing shit for the pain i was in, so he gave me a rx for 75 mcg. fentanyl patches. This rx is working great so far. Started physical therapy on the 10th; they come to my house the first 2 weeks, then i get transferred to outpatient therapy. I started walking with crutches on the 9th, and today I am walking with a cane, my knee is very stiff, swollen, and sore, but it is getting better every day. I started my pct this past wed (14th), with 1000ius of hcg on mon, wed, frid, for 3 weeks, and will start clomid 3 weeks after my last shot of test/eq. I am also using hmg at 75ius, mon, wed, frid, for 3 weeks. Using aromasin at 20 mg/day, and AIFM at 2 pumps/day. I've lost 6 lbs since the surgery, but i expected that due to the blood thinner medication and all the pain medication that I am on. I'm really lookin forward to getting back in the gym and doing at least some really light upper body work, maybe sometime next week depending on pain levels. Take care.. later

If you just had a total knee replacement I would recommend you take about a 4 week break from gear and simply focus on your physical therapy and recovery.

bro the AI use during PCT may cause some serious issues, you had better be conservative in your use

excess Estrogen suppression is a recipe for bad joints and poor soft tissue regeneration for MANY

all am saying it to keep an eye on it.

I would say at least a 4 month break, get back some semblence of normal physical body function(ie;walking on your own power)before you touch gear, you have the rest of your life to get back on,dont rush it.Though the light upper body workouts seem appropriate.Best of luck.

I totally agree solid, I'm actually planning on taking 2-3 months off from gear. I want to get my strength back in my new knee before I start back.

I wasn't aware of that omega, I just figured I would need it because of the hcg, I'll keep it to a minimum, thanks
