I do 3x/week cardio outside. I running 35 min, but now when I start run on the street each morning my knee hurt me..is something helpful?? What to do?
Some people like running on the treadmill to help avoid knee pain. I like outside better. But I always ice my knee if it feels stiff and achy after a run

No need to be more specific... High impact cardio can cause knee and back problems. 20 years of BasketBall and 8 years of quarters and I have knee problems as well...
Try switching to stationary bike or elliptical (low impact cardio)
