Klonopin and NYPD

does anyone know if being on klonopin would disqualify you from being admittted into the academy? they say as long as you have a script ur good, but im a little skeptical...

I'm sure you could get into the academy with no problems as long as you have a script. I would be more worried about getting a job with any PD after graduation, just because that would probably have a negative effect on your psyche evaluation.

with the NYPD you go through the med/drug tests first then pysch and then academy. i just wondered if anyone knew if there would be a problem. i was thinking i could always say it was used for me as an anti-convulsant instead of anxiety. they do a hair drug test, so benzos show up on them.
