Kitten... where to get one ??

Want to get a kitten, and I was gonna start looking in the paper then thought I should try to adopt one from a good place. Any ideas?

I am not concerned about cost, I just don't think it is a good idea to support these people that breed animals non-stop just to make money when there are enough house pets around.

Thing is ... I want a new kitten, and not something that is sickly...

Here we have the Denver Dumb Friends League. They get animals from the pound, or people who don't want their pets and keep them. They are free to a good home. My friend got his cat there when she was a little kitten, and has had her about five years now. Maybe you have something like that near you.

Bro I put it in there with a bowl of food and a bowl of water and I wrapped the whole thing with plastic so it won't leak...

I just sent it... but I realized I forgot to punch some holes in the box for air...

Hopefully someone will hear the meowing and punch a hole or two in there...

Pet smart always has a bunch up for adoption. I was tempted to adopt this big white cat they had in there today, but then I thought better of it. My dogs would terrorize the poor thing.

check the free ads in the newspapers. that's where we got one of our cats. there's so many unwanted cats in this world, i dunno why anyone would be dumb enough to PAY for one.

My roomate has given away kittens before in the paper. They move like hotcakes when the ad hits. You definately have to move fast. We had 4 kittens and about 150 phone calls.
