King Kamali

Has anyone read King Kamali's Diet in the off season. (March Muscle & Fitness) It looks humanly impossible. eats about 14 time per day.

I discussed that with a pro bb'er and he said it's bullshit-He probably does get over 500g a day protein, but no way can anyone eat that much that often on a regular basis

I read that article --- that's freakin' disgusting! If it's true (and I'm not saying it is), imagine all of the undigested food sitting in his stomach all the time!

you must remember that when you are on insulin,igf-1,hgh like all pro bb'ers, you can eat ALOT more than the average person and it will be burned up by the hormones

I didn't read about Kamili's diet, but I did read the one by Nasser. He said that he ate 1000 grams of protein a day and something like 10000 calories. But when you are on that much gear you can do crazy shit like that.

But how the hell does someone eat 14 times a day? Thats bascially every hour. His day must be one long ass eating session.

I guess with all of the hormone drugs, he can handle so many calories... but damn, digesting all of that seems difficult. I wonder how the body adapts to so much digestion.

It is a lot of food, true. I think when people bulk they should take a good look at this and get the concept that you have to eat in order to grow. BTW Persian food is off the chain.

Would you say Persian food is cheat food.

persian food is pretty healthy. one of the better choices of foods around. it has like chicken or beef kabobs, rice, and lot of salads.

would have to agree. I'm half persian, half cuban. Both diets are very high in protein, but persian food is very very high in protein. Basis of the food is meat and chicken, little rice and lots of veggies.

you're persian too? small world. I should have known when it said fucking Los Angeles.

Persian food is okay, but if you're low carbing it the rice and bread is a no no. But those guys are on who knows what so they can eat whatever the hell they want. I don't see why they just put in an IV drip of aminos all day long.

Maybe post workout while we're having a shake they've got the IV drip running lol. Nothing these guys do would surprise me at this point, read too many tales.

One thing I like about both sides of my family is they're both big on protein. Both are big time carnivores.

The funniest part is he says he has cut back in recent years. Huh? He said he used to eat until he puked.
Can't wait to see how he looks at this years Mr O, he is devoting the entire year to that competition. His planned diet for this year sounds a bit unusual, let's see if he pulls it off.

I emailed King Kamali just got a respose

Richard,
I wake up very early in the morning and immediately start eating. Remember
that your body is like a fire place... Everytime you throw in lits of food
you are stimulating your metabolism and generating heat (burning fat). I am
sweating all day long and at the same time I try to keep my diet as clean as
I can. I also do cadio in the off-season for extra measures to keep me
somewhat lean. Take care.
