Hey folks, noob here. 31, 6'4", 245lbs, 17%bf.

I was doing the clean eating thing, balancing my proteins/carbs/fats. I was getting some decent gains while in the burn stage and calorie deficit. In 5 months, I dropped from 22%bf to 15%bf, and was still able to gain 12lbs of lean muscle. I have decent genetics for this...you know, like the 'pros' say. Anyhow, I did it clean and did it well....diet wasn't an issue. My issue was the gains weren't very noticable. I've done some research and read that gear actually enhances your body's ability to absorb the nutrients in foods and suppliments. (?) I'm a bit curious about how this works...this is my first time posting, and I've read some threads. I guess I'm wondering how you know when to do what, or what kind? There are so many out there...how do you know which one best fits you?

Patience isn't an issue with me...not all. Not that I'm going to do aything, I'm just curious about how it works. Been bb'ing, just without performance enhancers.

Any info would be appreciated. :artist:
 
You'll get a hundred different opinions on this but most everyone here will want to more info and probably suggest you do more research. What supplements have you tried?

On one hand you say you've made great gains and then say they aren't that noticable. So, in other words, you want dramatic -- i.e. steroids.

My advice is to start small, short and safe. Maybe 200 mgs of Primo with 10 mgs of d-bol for a month. Get a feel for what your body is going through.

Continue to do research and also tell us what are your goals. Do want to bulk or do you want more of the clean type of gains. There are different drugs for different purposes.
 
Hey guys, thanks for the fedback. When I say I did supplements...I was doing:

ON Whey
Scivation Xtend
CarboGain
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Lipo 6
Scivation FenoTest
..had more, but I threw them away several months back.


I'd also load up on green tea, and drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water a day.

I would gain lean mass, but I'm looking for an enhancer. I'm looking for a clean bulk, with a little more bulk...wanna try that out for a while.

My cardio routine would consist of 30-45min of cardio for 3-4 times a week, as well as lifting. The body parts would all be split up. I guess you could say I'm looking for some kind of explosive growth, more for the fact that I can 'see' what part of my body that I'm working, rather than hitting and hoping, you know?

This sounds sensible. Be prepared for every 20 something to recommed 500 mgs of test and 40 mgs of dbol evey day minimum as patience is not a typical virtue of that age group.
 
Hey Cracker,

Being a gynecologist and all :mix: , what do people usually start with, that isn't "500/40" in my body weight/height?

Is this another area that I should 'keep reading' on?
 
200-400mgs/wk of test enanthate for a 1st run is plenty. Puffy nips could be a dietary issue or natural gyno. Another reason to start off w/ low mgs cuz higher mgs might cause you to need a training bra even sooner. Arimidex, Nolvadex or Aromasin can fight this, but there's no guarantees as everyone reacts differently to different compounds.
