wonder where that broad got her collagen shots for her lips, or maybe thats where the ladies shoot thier winny. BWAAAAHAHAHAHAH!

how come fitness gals seem to be the most plastic of them all? like mrs. potato head or something.

No shit I saw some up close pics of his woman and shes like icky.

bulking is fine...... for a certian time

im only 20 ....... i believe in bulking

kamalii is 28 and a pro........ and huge not such a good idea

you know he is always talking about kicking shawn rays ass at the olympia....... maybe he should take ray's approach and stay lean year round.

he is in for a rude awakening at the olympia

i belive IMO

"we first heard of kamali back in 94, when he won the NPC Collegiate Nationals at 198 pounds. Five years later he turns professional at 225 pounds. For his pro debut a little less than a year later, kamali shows up shredded to the bone, weighing 245 pounds and with the deepest separations in the glutes and hamstrings ever seen in a human being! Add to this his habit of ballooning up to 300 pounds throughout the off-season (a weight which has to put a lot of extra stress on all the systems of the body) and we have a volatile situation. His dream is to rule the bodybuilding world, but let’s hope kamali doesn’t wind up having the best physique in the underworld!"

May I please ask why everyone is so AFRAID of bulking? Ok...most of the people on this board are wanting to look like a Pro Bodybuilder...or at least a decent bodybuilder at that. Do you think that bodybuilders do not bulk up...ever? Really...do you? It seems that if they all do it, and you do not, then maybe you have found your weak link.

Does anyone on here think that I have went from 152lbs to 305lbs last Christmas in 8 years by dieting? I hope not. It has been a series of hard and heavy bulking diets. Yeah...now I am at 285 and I did see a sign of abs comming out this evening in the mirror (never seen those before), but I am big, strong, and can get a lot leaner easier than anyone can put on more muscle.

Tip: Put on the muscle along with the rest of the mass that comes with it...Cut down when you are big enough.

Are you trying to look like a ripped bodybuilder all year round or something? Bodybuilders train all year round to look ripped for one night out of the year. Why should anyone diet year round to look good all year round? Sure, it's possible, but you will also probably be a small bodybuilder.

I say way to go King...you look great!!!!

Is this really King Kamali?

Looks more like Burger King or some bad King Elvis imitation.

I must admit Kamali in shape is somebody to reckon with, but with this kind of bulk i bet it takes extreme measures to cut down....

I am talking ECA-T3-CLEN-KET-DNP combo at the least here!

Wouldn't surprise if het gets his lipo sucked every 8 months, mayube thats where the chick next to him got her collagen shots from :D

That's the bodybuilding world's standpoint. To the rest of the world, being fit means having a 29 inch waist. The first thing ppl look at when you walk down the street is your waist (if you're male). It's always been like that. THEN, they will check out chest arms legs etc.
But I seriously think that being fit to the rest of the world means having a fat free waist. This is unfortunate, but when cutting time comes, they all bow down to your six pack.

Well, if that fat guy in the picture is the Kamali who is the pro bodybuilder, then I guess that must mean that fat guys can still have hope of being pro bodybuilders.

No hope for skinny dudes I guess, though.

hardgainer (didn't wanna be a pro BB anyway)

bottom line....he's a pro ok. As a pro, he knows what he's doing....or should. Furthermore, these guys are hardcore, and as a result, do what is needed to get the job done. If you're not doing it, someone else is. Bulking is part of the game.

so stop bashing him and check this out.

I think King Kamali looks good! his girlfriend, Betthany, well....she's pretty damn cut up too. and in real life....her lips look alot bigger ;)

WHAT A FAT ASS LOL!!!! It is insane how they can go from that high BF to 3% or lower come comp time...imagine the strain and pressure there bodies must go through

M18

Why not? Do you disagree from a health point of view or because of the results.....? Alot of big guys bulk up. I dont see the problem....bodybuilding is how they make their money so they have make sacrifices and do what it takes to improve.

There should be an off-seasom Lee Priest pic below.....I did have one where he looked like a beach ball but I've misplaced it.

FAT ASS!! I dont agree with bulkin up at all...

Yeah but how long does the finish product last?

That is just HUGE!!!

The difference is they are doing it for money, I am doing it to TRY and look good.

No disrespect

Has anyone seen any pics of Scott Wilson?

The ripped look he has is excellent, his abs are awesome to say he was a powerlifter

his bench was up near 600lbs which is evil

Liberator,
Different people have different reasons for training.....its all good. Personally I dont train for looks at all. It seems kinda silly to me unless you make money out of it.....but if others want to use that as a motivation its fine.

You mean you found a powerlifter that isnt fat?? That cant be right......everybody knows us (I'm a wannabe powerlifter :) ) powerlifters are all grossly overweight. Now take that opinion back else I'll come over there and sit my fat blubbery ass down on you until you ask forgiveness.......:)

I think powerlifting and strongman are great, I love watching that stuff on tv when its on

no I think its great that we have such a diverse range of people because some of the techniques and problems cross paths anyway

i also like bfolds pics, they are crazy, but that is the deep roots of what strength training and liftin is all about
