It's been some time since I've had a great back workout, but today was nothing short of spectacular. Here's what I did:
BB Rows supersetted with Straight-arm pull downs: 4 sets
Close grip chinups: 4 sets
T-bar Rows: 3 sets
Deads: 3 warmup 2 working sets
Seated Cable Rows: 1 huge dropset
This is the first time I've used that exact arrangement. I usually do chinups/pulllups first, and sometimes T-bar rows last. Sticking to this for a while, my entire back including the traps are pumped beyond belief. PUMP ON
