Went in for my initial consultation with the A.R.T. doc....

He did the diagnostic tests and found the problem, it won't be a major issue.

He pinpointed the problem with my scapular muscle group pretty fast and set a plan of action to treat it.

I go in for my first therapy session tommorrow.

I have a feeling the shit's gonna be uncomfortable/painful, but that's life.....

Good stuff Killah D. No doubt the man knows what he is doing and has a plan that will work. It was a little painful, but well worth it as I am sure you know. It's actually kind of a good feeling having someone just crumble down your scar tissue.

Mine isn't scar tissue, it's a tight muscle group that goes from your shoulderblade down your back....it affects my whole right side, and hinders flexibility.

I'll let you know what it feels like tommorow afterward.
