I know 4 years in Italy and i dont serve pasta lol.the owner don't want me to.its a California stile steak house.I do a lot of other stuff but when ever I try to make a pasta dish the owners shots it down.fuck he is so dumb.pasta is money.it cost 50 cents to make a plat of pasta and you can charge 30+ for it.lol

plus there are an INSANE amount of combos you can use it with. what are some of the best dishes you serve, in your opinion?I'm making some homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli right now with homemade pesto
