Legalize it under docs supervision, there is a huge market for specialists to oversee adult patients using responsibly and having regular bloodwork ala HRT/TRT. Clinicians would require the same kind of standards that we ask somebody new to our site. How long have you trained? What is your diet like? Etc. Set a reasonable performance standard, experience level, minimum age. As incentive to the gov, tax the shit out of products so cost puts it out of reach for teenagers (therefore dirty old bastards won't be able to resell). You can't put a $ amount on not having to look over your sholder. Security = happiness.
Instead of losing money fighting a hopeless war and imprisoning our friends and neighbors who never committed a violent crime, the government profits and abuse declines. The current drug war and anti-AAS dogma seems to put more of these drugs into the hands of the young and weak minded. They become mythical, larger than life substances, forbidden and desireable. Companies in the U.S. resume production, get their fare share and more. Everyone wins.
Something would still be needed, I'm thinking supplement wise, as a protocol/best practice for the kids. NO products and creatine are
more than enough for anyone in that age range, the question is effective education and distribution. A program that can demonstrate the efficacy of proper diet, exercise, and moderate supplementation on young athletes to set a standard and example. And the knowledge that steroids are okay for mature, experienced, hard-working adults, not a magic pill/needle that single handedly transform a fatty into an adonis. Education on steroids in high schools today is a mere footnote in health education.
I have a dream..
