kidney pain from stanazolic?

Hey bros , I got a friend of mine who is running 400 mgs of test, some proviron,(no idea the dose) and 50 mg of winny. Winny is taken every day. He has been whining about some kidney pains lately.He takes it in the morn and the pains kick in around the evening. I told him to start taking milk thistle but the pains continue. I personally never had kidney pains so I'm not much help. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. He doesn't want to discontinue use, but might have to.

I've had stones, cysts and infections there from years of 17aa's. Water, cranberry juice and antibiotics are all required. Milk thistle is for the liver, not kidneys.
May just be muscle soreness and spasms from the winstrol. Most 17aa's can cause some wicked low back pumps.

when i take halo i notice my right lower abdomen hurting like its trying to tell me to chil out and i have only used 17aa's for 2yrs now
