I usually post on the anabolic board. But i just found out tonight that my friends daughter's body was found tonight in southwest florida. One of the guy's that said he did it is 23 and the other one is 17. I want to know if you think the 17 year old should get the death penalty. I'm not going to get into details about it but if you watch the news you'll know. Sorry about a gloomy thread but i want opinions.-buffalo.

To answer your question, yes. Some crimes are unforgiveable and prove that the offender has nothing to contribute to society.

I would give the 17 yr old the same conviction as the 23 yr old.
If it was my decision only if they were to die or not i am not certain i could just say to them i command you to die. Thank goodness i am not a judge

Well i just found out that they beat her and put her in a frig and burnded her to death. I just want the U.S. government to realize that 17 year olds know what they are doing. And they should have to pay the same price for taking a innocent life as anyone else does. I think the U.S. government passed a law to go along with the E.U. that you can't execute anybody under 18. Hopefully Pollfa will give his opinion on this. He's pretty educated on this stuff. Thanks every one for your sympathy i will pass it on to the family.-buffalo.

I'm not a big fan of the death penalty myself but i do think sometimes it's needed as long as there is no doubt as to the persons guilt.

Thank you. That's what we are going to be pushing when they go to trial. Florida is a fucked up state and it's gotta change.

Definitely Death!!! A life for a life.. and while they're waiting they should in maximum security prison in a small 4x4 cell and only be able to leave it for an hour a day..

The fucked up part of this is these guy's assaulted my friend when he went to their house to ask if they had seen his daughter. Then they got the phone number off the news that was for tips and they started prank calling the poor guy. I'm finding it hard to respect the younger generation now, and i'm only 27.

The sad part is she was a honor student that was going to be a senior this year that wanted a carrer in cartoons. What can you say say to that?. Never hurt anybody.
