Kicked by a mule "ouch"

Took my first shot yesterday of sus and eq 2ml, in the right glute. Went training straight after with no problem, but, today it feels like I have been kicked by a mule.
I know that sus can have this effect, although when I have used it before I had no problems, do you think I will feel the same when I take my next shot this Wednesday?

Did you try heating up your gear before shooting. This helped me with my prop only cycle i just finished up.

it's the prop in it........ It usually does that to me also... I try to get allot of blooding flowing to the site of the injection. The one time it didn't bother me I'd taken the shot the day before in the glute and ended up having to walk to work because my car wouldn't start. I had no pain from the injection I don't know if it was because of the walk or if I was just getting use to the compound.

Thats why I always inject just before trainning, its just that I have never had the pain as bad as this before, thank heavens for the good old hot water bottle! lol

cut it with sterile oil. just trhow a 1/2 ml in your shot shake it up and inject..easier then heating a vial up and only takes a second

You WILL get to where they are painless. But first couple of times it hurts like a MO-FO. Normal to be sore for 4-5 days.... Just man up, dog.

are you shooting the body part your training that day?
warming the vial before drawing helps also

Sometimes pin sites are sore for a few days. Its part of the game. Get used to it.

sore is one thing. Severe pain, lumps etc is another. If that happens its the gear.

--yea--the only thing i fear is suspension :worried:

every now and then my inject site swells up and hurts but not to the point where im immobilized... have someone else do your shots for you i think its from moving the needle to much

Thanks for the replys bro's.
The hair drier sounds a good idea and a good rub afterwards..
Even today its still hurts and the sus was only 1ml, at times I have used 3ml with no problems like this...

Immediately after you pin, kneed the site very firmly for about 2 minutes with your knuckle. The purpose of this is to spread the oil out and into the muscle instead of having it sit there in a little pocket waiting to get infected. This should help a little with soreness as well.
