Kick start cycle with D-bol

I'm due to start a 10 week 500mg sus a week cycle in the new year, ordered some 10mg Body Research dbol's to kick start cycle with....how long do you think i should run the d-bol for and at what dosage ?

Me too. I never really like to do more than 40 mg myself. It is what works for me. Also you want to spread them out over the day. I like to take 10 mg's when I wake up and then continue every four hours throuout the day with 10 mg.
 
If this is your first go round with dbol, I'd start lower. Try 20 mg for the first week or two and then go to 25 the next week. see how it feels and how your body is responding both in gains and sides. I have seen great growth on 20mgs and you might also. I just think you should take a few weeks to find the lowest dose for optimum growth/sides balance b/c this will make your dbol experience more positive and will allow you to gradually increase your cycle volumes so you aren't crushing your liver by the third cycle. Dbol is a powerful tool for bulking and you want to get the most out of it your can. I think find the low edge of you effective dosage and riding that line is the best move especially when stacking. By combining the dbol/sust. I'll bet 20-25 will be more than sufficient, I saw 18lbs in 4weeks of sust./dbol with just dbol at 20mg daily for the 4 weeks and sust. @500mg starting at week 3. Still gaining now though I've switched to tren and sust. Less is more bros b/c this is a marathon not a sprint.
 
start low, 20 - 25 mgs/ed for 4 - 5 weeks. Dbol is a very powerful compound, you don't need to do 40 - 50 mgs to see results. When you get to those dosages, you will usually get really bad back pumps that make lifting and just moving around in general very painful.

This will be my second cycle - did deca/dbol 10 weeks first. Ran 20-30 mg for 5 weeks and gained very well on it, but even at that dose experienced some irritating ( but managable) lower back pumps, made bent over rows tricky.....deca didn't do a lot for me in way of gains

Seems like you respond in a similar manner to myself. I think you'll find dbol/sust. much more fulfilling. I'd bet my ass you'll grow like a weed off the same cycle I'm on. Weeks 1-4 dbol @20mgs daily (if you want go 25mg for first 2 weeks) Sustanon @500mg weekly for 12 weeks. I'm using tren for the 5-9 week at 33.3mg daily but thats another story. This or a similar cycle will work for you and will keep the bar for future cycles a little lower which is always good provided you grow.
 
For a second cycle, 30-35mg dbol sounds like a reasonable dose. Maybe try enanthate this time around if you're doing 500mg, its easier to keep test levels stable with twice-weekly jabs as opposed to sust. Good luck
