Kettlebells

I just recently purchased 2 16kg kb's...and using something similar to pavols ideas/training techniques...i'm amazed at how fast my strength is increasing with these bad boys...i'm going to be buying a 24kg & 32kg kb in the upcoming weeks

just wanted to say any one looking to train at home or wanting to try something different, i defenetly recommend them.

For mma, i still do circuit training a couple times a week, but i supplement that with 2 days of kettlebell training, so i'm training weights 4x a week. i have to say, muscle endurance is up, strength is up, and they are pretty fun to throw around.

A+ product in my opinion

Thanks for the review----I've also been thinking about purchasing a pair for the home gym. Seems everyone that has used them has nothing but good things to say.

:coffee:

I have a pair of adjustables. I love them. I don't use them myself right now but I have my sister in laws doing front squats, snatches, swings, clean and press, rows, floor press, lunges, split squat, push press etc. They love it.

They're using 20 and 25lb'ers, depending on the exercise. When I did it I was using around 35-40lbs and it was tough!

Oh yeah, i kinda laughed at the idea of 16kg kettlebells...i made a mental note to never do that again! :)

i'm going to pickup the rest of the kettlebells i plan to, i can only imagine the 32kg kb lol

Because of my school schedule, i'm wanting to train full time (3-4x /wk) with my kettlebells now. I'm wondering for those that have experience, who could make some suggestions for excercises?

What i was thinking is to have something like day 1 - chest/tri/shoulders, day 2 - back/bi/traps, day 3- legs.
What i'm going to do is toss plyometrics/calisthenics in as well, but for my strength/mass i'm wanting to use kettlebells at home. Any suggestions / feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: i've been doing a lot of muscle endurance training as of late as well, so i'll probably through that in as well, but i usually train m/w/f for strength, then tues/wednesday bodyweight/endurance training.
