Are there any outside factors that could give you a false reading with ketosis strips? Say, for example, getting your period or drinking a certain kind of herbal tea. Seven days into a very strict diet and I am still getting poor results with the keto strips. Someone said to refrigerate the strips to keep them fresh but wouldn't that have some type of effect on the reagent on the strips?
