Ketosis question

Hey- I'm having problems getting deap into ketosis. I was wondering if a piece of gum or 2 and a little bit a natural pb would prohibit deaper ketosis. Besides these two things i really don;t take in any carbs. Further is there anythjing else like diet nestea ice tea that would prohibit deaper ketosis.

Don't worry about ketosis bro, I've done ketosis for 4 months in february with almost no carbs, and everytime I checked with ketostix, I was alaways in "trace" but I lost near 25 pounds in three months. So forget ketosis, follow your low carb diet, eat enough Good fats for energy, be suyre that you eat below your maintenance and you'll be good.
