ketosis jumpstart

has anyone had good results jump starting Ketosis
after carb up with insulin injections, would like to here

you should get into ketosis within 2 days just by eliminating all carbs

Yes, insulin is indeed the best way to get into Ketosis...I think for me the longest it took w/ timed insulin shots was 8 hours to achieve a state of Ketosis...some ppl. get into a Ketonic state in merely 4 hours by using correct amounts of insulin.

Be warned: it can be deadly
