KETOSIS and GEAR

Is it too hard on my body if i gear up while on ketosis. Ive bein on ketosis awhile now. I would like to continue this diet but dont know the consequences of taking gear at the same time. i plan to take.

TEST/deca/winstrol, clomid

pls let me know what you guys think thnx!
 
I did a ketosis diet on a cycle and I should have just dumped my gear in the toilet. I would just eat 250-300 grams of Complex carbs and 250-350 grams of protein. That will put you at 2400-2600 calories and then add 60 to 100 grams of fat. I don't know what your stats are, but I would steer clear of ketosis diets unless you are really fat or you are looking to get from 7% to 5% bodyfat.
 
I agree...I have been on 100 carbs per day for the last 2.5 weeks and lost and ass load of tissue from it...Luckily my trainer said when I start eating my normal carb intake that I will gain most of this lost tissue back rather quickly...I DO NOT BELIEVE IN LOW OR NO CARB DIETS AT ALL

very true. i was on 100-150g carbs for 10 weeks as part of a cutting cycle. lots of traininin and a.m cardio.

i lost a shitload of fat and some muscle but as soon as i got back to 300-400g carbs and creatine, i gained 10 pounds in one month. littel fat and some water but serious muscle too!
