Anyone else notice how doing a Keto diet just shuts down your brain? Its the wierdest feeling I'm not even sure if its worth it... I feel like I'm working at a 5th grade level again.

I can't be the only one to get this

add more fish / flax oils... makes u feel better i swear

Me too, first week, now I feel great. Almost too great that I feel I`m doing something wrong. Are you using any ECA , NYC...? I think that helps.

almost all my fats come from hemp poil it an EFA supp and im waiting on my nyc... I do liek the feeling a bit though its more calm than I normall am seems to aleve some of my tension my worried personality

Keep in mind that ala makes that feeling even worse...for me at least

why would you be taking r-ala on a ckd when there are no carbs in the first place?

yes i experianced this very strong. i was only on it for 3 days, and i couldn't even remember what i read 5min ago (and it took me about 10min to read a page) i definatly can't go on a CKD while im still in university, ill have to wait for summer break (which will still allow me 2 months before ppl start to hit the beach)

good luck --- many say the feeling goes away, but i couldn't afford to take 1-2 weeks of sluggishness, id fall too far behind

Mine actually started about half-way through my refeed day.... when I started to feel dizzy and hazy, and almost like I was drunk/hungover. Felt extremely weak and lethargic.... and it continued throughout the whole following day.

I actually think I may have caught a bug or something, but fluctuating insulin levels must've had something to do with it.

You probably just started on the CKD....
By week 3 all these problems should be gone, and adding MCT oil to your daily diet should fix some of the problems that you mention.
