Odd, but, I have noticed something similar to this when keto. Can't think of any valid science for it, but give me a while.
 
Its called essential fatty acids :)

I eat raw nuts at every meal - works like a treat. cycle between these and fishoil.

I think of them as mild DNP :)
Probably work the same way
