okay i just went to the supermarket and got this for my keto diet and i was wondering is this good

what do you guys think? I also saw peanut oil should i get that also and how about sausages?
 
It's fine.

Something Mr.X taught me that did work was that you should try to get most of your calories from oils- flax, canola, olive, etc. They're all HIGH in fat and contain no protein.

Protein can be the killer in a ketogenic diet if you eat too much of it you may actually gain weight.
 
yeah, those would be feasible choices, but I'd recommend that you prepare the burgers with some healthy fat (i.e. sesamese seed oil, canola, sunflower, etc.) Peanut oil is a very good choice, I do recommend it for it's good fat content (however, I just don't like it's taste, that is why I never bother to buy it)..
