Keto Diet and Protein vs. Fat

I was board at work tonight and EFDB is pretty slow right now so I was surfing other fitness boards(I know...the devil). I read alot of places that to be on a true FAT BURNING Keto diet you need to take in 1.5g fat per 1 gram of protein you take in.

Now, I am on a Keto right now and I am getting around 200-250g pro/30g carbs/<100 fat. On the days that the pro is low the fat is higher, but I try to keep it around or under 2000cals. I am in ketosis about 2 days after carb up days(once a week) but my stix never turn deep purple.

I am 5'10" 170 and BF% is a good??? I am thinking around 12% right now. I don't have very much muscle right now so I really want to keep what I have while cutting.

My question is do I need more fat and less protein?? Increasing the fat will scyrocket my cals and I want to keep them low.

I have not lost much weight the last 2 weeks and was wondering if this might be the problem. The 1st 2 weeks I lost a good 10 pounds and maybe 1 since. I know the 1st 2 weeks was mostly water as well. Been on for 5 weeks now.
 
ive heard more from people that too much protien keeps you out of ketosis, because too much protien converts too muscle glycogen im not saying for shure but ive heard alot of people cant get into ketosis probably because protien is too high. in my opinion for whatever its worth i see you are taking 200-250 grams of protien per day. i think your takin way too much. you say your 170 pounds at like 12 percent bodyfat. my math isnt too good but that means you have about 155 pounds of lean bodymass. u should drop protien down to 155. but the thing is bro you will definitly get more cut but u could be setting yourself up for a big rebound just like me, good luck on what you decide thats just my thought on protien. i honestly think too many people over do protien, unlesss your takin types of roids i believe then your protien synthesis increase.
 
in my opinion the ultimate way to drop all fat would be 1 gram per pound of lean body mass in protien 0 carbs and 0 fat. i doubt its healthy whats so ever but i did it 2 years ago and got down to 4-5 percent body fat but i didnt keep it long i rebounded badly, my appetite just couldnt take it any more.
