Anyone ever try running a keto similar diet as a bulk and being on cycle at the same time? Any success/failure experiences? I was thinking about trying this for my next bulker, but I hear so many people say that carbs are optimal for muscle growth and without them your just cutting yourself short. How about a modified keto diet, where 50-100g carbs are consumed ED PWO only and the rest of cals come from fat and protein (no refeeds either)? Plausible? However I am thinking that the higher fat intake during a bulker would attribute to more fat gain even though carbs are reduced. Chime in with your thoughts people!
