Can someone explain why sweetners such as Aspartame kick some people out of ketosis and not others? Im not sure if its the aspartame or peanuts but somethings screwing me up! Id give up if i cant drink pepsi max or sugar free redbull, the diets hard enough without not being allowed diet sodas! Surley it would either kick everyone out of keto if so, whats the actuall scientific explaination for a reasult in an insulin spike from sweenters such as aspartame or splenda or citric acid? please help.
