kefir

what is this drink? it tastes real good and is loaded with protien...
i searched it on google but seems like its a milk product like yogurt.

i never heard of anyone talking about it but i bought some in the dairy section and it tastes great.

thanks mm i bought pomagrant kefir last night. stuff tastes good and has 56 grams of protien per quart.
