keepn down the bloat

Aifm will be here tomorrow. But I am worried, I am taking the most sust and d-bol I have ever taken. I don't want bloat!!! I am planning on using the aifm at 2 sprays ed for the whole cycle. Will this be enough? I am running 750mg sust 600mg eq for 14 weeks, starting off with 37.5mg d-bol ed (25mg tabs) for 4 weeks.used amir before didn't really like it. Last time was on enath at 500mg weekly and400mg eq for 15 weeks, no bloat.

Use the 2 pumps per day and see from there if you need more.

It varies from person to person. 2 pumps maybe enough it may not.
Try 2 and adjust as needed.
